Who owns the work

Screenshots, trademarks, logos, videos, and original designs remain the property of their respective owners. Swipefile uses dated references to explain design decisions. Listing a site does not imply a partnership, endorsement, or permission to copy its assets. A source link or attribution does not replace any license your intended use requires.

The application’s open-source license covers the software identified in the repository. It does not relicense third-party screenshots or artwork. Use your own branding, imagery, and content when adapting a reference.

Request a correction or removal

Email busqueneil@gmail.com with the subject Swipefile content request. Please include:

1. The exact Swipefile URL and the material you want reviewed.
2. The original source or a description of the work or right involved.
3. Whether you own the relevant rights or are authorized to act for the owner.
4. The issue and the action you are requesting: attribution correction, factual correction, redaction, or removal.
5. A reply address and enough supporting information to assess the request.

Please do not post private evidence, identity documents, or personal information in a public issue tracker. We may ask for clarification or supporting information before acting. Requests made in good faith help us correct the library; knowingly false claims can harm creators and may have legal consequences.

How we handle requests

We review the identified content and may correct attribution, update notes, restrict access, or remove material as appropriate. We may contact the contributor or source owner to understand a dispute, sharing only information needed to handle it or meet legal requirements. A contributor can ask us to review a mistaken removal using the same contact address.

When a reference is removed, existing boards may omit it or show that it is unavailable. We cannot erase copies independently downloaded, cached by third parties, or redistributed outside Swipefile. If an export cache or a specific shared link is involved, include that URL so we can assess what we control.

Formal notices

This contact process accepts rights and content concerns. It does not claim that Swipefile has a registered United States DMCA designated agent or that every requirement for a statutory safe harbor has been met. If you are sending a formal legal notice, identify the applicable process and include the information required by law. General guidance is available from the U.S. Copyright Office.

AI-assisted design and attribution

Reference prompts describe visual principles and link to their sources. They do not clear intellectual-property rights or guarantee that an AI output is original. Review generated work before publishing it, keep source attribution where appropriate, and obtain permission when needed.
